[TORAY 사보] 연구개발시험공장 준공식 성공리 개최

Blessed with fine weather, the ceremony was attended by about 200 guests led by Toray Industries, Inc.'s Hirofumi Kobayashi, Vice President, and Lee Young-kwan, Chief Executive Representative for Korea, along with other Toray Group officials from Korea and outside the country. Mr. Seol Munsik, Vice Governor of Chungcheongbuk Province, Mr. Yun Jaegil, Vice Mayor of the city of Cheongju, and other officials from local municipalities and business partner companies were also in attendance. On behalf of the guests, Toray's Kobayashi delivered a congratulatory speech reflecting expectations for new products to be manufactured at the new plant. During the ceremony, STEMCO President Oum Young-Ha announced the company's medium-term vision, VISION 6600, with the slogan "Challenge, Convergence and Creative," and declared his strong commitment to continuously grow the company through the development and commercialization of new products. It was a great pleasure for all employees to present the new plant in the year marking the company's 20th anniversary, and we renewed our pledge to make a further leap in our business.
